Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $6.95 for FEDEX Ground. Our standard shipping option is FEDEX Ground. Orders over $50 always ship for free—no promotion code needed.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. FedEx Epress: Orders must be placed by 2pm on Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

General Delivery Times 
FEDEX Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver deliver Monday - Friday. 


Orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 business days.

Hawaii & Alaska 
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer FedEx (2 Day Express and Overnight Express only) services.

P.O. Box 
Our P.O. Box customers should use FEDEX Ground.

Return Refunds and Credits 
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 60 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your account. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
